Like most little kids who get cameras as gifts, I had so much fun taking photos of everything around me (but mostly my dogs). I didn't understand the settings on my camera at the time, but I still had so much fun. Once I got to high school, I would occasionally be asked to take photos for my church's youth group. From there, I learned the ins and outs of using a camera and took photography more seriously.

 

During my first summer as a Ministerial Assistant at Bellevue Baptist Church, I took photos for various events, staff portraits, and Saturday night services (pictured below). Throughout my time in college, I shot small concerts, grad photos, business photos, celebrations (birthdays, special occasions, etc.), ministry events, behind-the-scenes photos for large video shoots, and also went on many shoots with my friends, just for fun and practice. Currently, I serve at my church by taking photos for services and events as well as doing freelance shoots.​​
